Our services
Strategy and organisational development
Supporting organisations in their strategic choices and their transformation, by co-constructing strategic directions with their teams.
Walking alongside change
We support international solidarity actors at key moments in their development: drafting and revising their strategy (overall, geographic, partnership, gender…), reviewing their socio-economic model, transforming their organisation or setting up a learning function.
Our approach is to co-construct the vision and the stages of change with the teams, taking a facilitating and supportive role. We develop the analysis frameworks, the diagnosis, the possible scenarios and the strategic priorities together with teams and governing bodies: this co-construction is what gives the process its legitimacy.
We use collective intelligence methods to facilitate co-diagnosis workshops and the co-construction of strategic directions. Our input also draws on the experience gained through our evaluations and capitalization work, which gives us a broad view of practices and models across the sector.
